Victor Lam

Victor is Vice President of Wealth Management and Senior Portfolio Manger with UBS Financial Services Inc.

Victor has earned a designation of Certified Portfolio Manager (CPM) Designees must succeed in a rigorous academic program taught in conjunction with Columbia University in New York. He has also earned a designation of Certified Investment Management Analyst, (CIMA®). Designees must complete a rigorous academic program taught in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.

In addition, Victor has earned an Investment Strategist Certificate and an Endowment & Foundations Certificate awarded by the Investment Management Consultants in conjunction with the Wharton School of Business.

Victor is currently servicing as Treasurer for the Oregon Military Museum Project and the Vice President of Northwest China Council in Portland, Oregon. Victor has also served on the following boards as: President for the Northwest China Council; Treasurer for the Academy of Certificate Portfolio Managers based in New York; Board director on Asian Education Foundation; and the Certification Committee for the Investment Management Consultants Association based in Denver.
